LAWRENCE S. LEVINSON, AIA

PRINCIPAL AND FOUNDER

Larry Levinson brings nearly 40 years of architectural experience and design expertise to Levinson Alcoser Associates, LP, the firm he started in 1992. As founding principal of the firm, he oversees initiatives related to design, organizational growth, and client development. Since its inception, he has managed the business practice, as well as the conceptual development and design of projects. Larry takes a hands-on approach to his business and is personally involved in every project the firm undertakes.

He has developed an outstanding reputation for client service and responsiveness. Larry actively pursues long-term client relationships rather than individual opportunities. Because of this, the majority of his projects have been with repeat clients that he has serviced for many years, such as the Walgreen Company, Safeway Inc., Albertsons, Capital One Bank, Buc-ee’s, Sears, and numerous other companies.

Prior to starting his own firm, Larry worked for several large corporations including CRS and 3D/International. He has been involved in a wide range of retail, hospitality, and banking projects throughout his career. A licensed architect in 39 states, he is a graduate of The University of Texas.
