Levinson Alcoser designed a new three-story build-to-suit office for Moran Shipping, a ship husbandry services company. The structure was designed to capture the historical exterior characteristics of the original offices in Rhode Island, which were very traditional of Northeast architecture, while providing a modern contemporary interior. The building has a two-story atrium main lobby, with the third floor containing executive offices with private balconies overlooking the front of the building.

Levinson Alcoser provided an interior remodel for this project, which began as a renovation of the executive offices and conference room with emphasis on upgrading to an elaborate audio/visual system and custom granite furniture. As the renovation began, the client decided to restack the entire building, giving it recognition as one of Houston’s largest office remodel projects. The client’s goal was to renovate each floor with a simple design, and change the interior layout of each floor from a closed office design to an open concept. We designed a ring of open offices utilizing existing perimeter offices by re-designing them with movable wall systems. The project demanded a sophisticated staging process within a complex schedule.

Levinson Alcoser provided interior architecture for Clariant’s new global headquarters located in a new high-rise structure in The Woodlands, Texas. The space is mostly open plan around a few conference areas and some closed offices. The site includes two identical 32,000-square-foot buildings that house more than 150 offices. The first building houses offices and the training and development facility. The second building includes a state-of-the-art QA R&D Laboratory and Technology Research Center, as well as chemical and physical testing area, in support of Clariant’s mining operations.

Levinson Alcoser provided an office interior remodel for the corporate office of Vaalco Energy. The offices and reception area were updated with a new, modern look including a custom granite conference table and a custom reception desk with multi-level cubicles and glass countertop. Modern lighting and glass reception enclosures provide privacy and transparency through the office.
